The following lactation consultant services are available both in person and via Zoom
Antenatal preparation
If you are unsure about whether to breastfeed, how to breastfeed or if you had a difficult experience breastfeeding previously, antenatal support and information can inspire and provide a tool kit for initialising, establishing and maintaining breastfeeding.
Postnatal support
Whether in those precious early days to establish breastfeeding or any time throughout the breastfeeding journey, should concerns arise support is provided in your own home when required.
Online support
Support can be provided online via phone or zoom if required. Whilst this method has its disadvantages, if the alternative is no breastfeeding support at all, then online support can be worth more than gold.
Breastfeeding support available when you need it.
Initial contact can be made within normal business hours.
Once a contract has been agreed upon, postnatal support is available by phone or zoom 24/7,
with face to face follow up as soon as practical.
Emergency, unplanned care is available in some situations.
Cost of services are income based assessed. Travel charged at $0.95 per km distance.
