I am currently designing a way of providing all my services into a flexible postnatal care package that is unique to your needs and adapts with you as your journey unravels.

This service is available South Island wide and is perfect for remote rural women and/or women with limited support available through this treasured time.

Design your postnatal care to best nurture your unique needs

The first weeks of your new relationship with your baby are special, allow yourself to be nurtured so that you can be your optimal self and focus on healing, protecting and re-energising yourself, caring for and bonding with your baby.

Lactation support

Support to achieve a comfortable latch, promote sufficent milk transfer and establish your breastfeeding experience.

Baby checks & weighs

Keeping your mind at ease, so you can focus on your precious baby and enhance your natural oxytocin release.

Mother and baby massage

A daily massage or body therapy for mum during the postpartum can aid relaxation, bone alignment and healing, ease muscle tension and boost oxytocin. Guidance is also available for you to massage your baby and assist bonding.

Practical support

Home-based support with cooking, cleaning and washing facilitates your relaxation and keeps you focused on your baby

Debriefing

Taking the time to talk about your childbirth experience is vitally important. Exploring feelings, being listened to and validated can prevent regrets and grief, no matter what your birth outcome was.
